Code named Project Morpheus, the device is sporting some pretty higher end specs with a 1080P display with 90+ field of view, 1000Hz rotation detection, and a little under 10 ft of working space in full 360 degrees. Sony’s Shuhei Yoshia¬†has also said the device will be ‘affordable’. With all these great specs comes one down side for those of us who sit further than 8-10 ft away from ours TV’s. The current prototype will be wired though¬†Shuhei Yoshia has said that Sony will ‘investigate other solutions’. No release date or price was given by Sony during the reveal.
